The apulian “Tarallo” is a very appreciated local product for its taste and simplicity. It is handmade and only a few and local ingredients are used in the preparation.
They can be eaten as appetiser combined with a glass of white wine or simply as a snack. The taralli match well also with cold cuts and cheese.
