The extra fioroni jam is together with the Ferrovia Cherry jam and the percoche jam a typical apulian food. The fiorone is a fig variety that grows in June in the south of Italy, in particular in Puglia.
Box of 6 jars
This jam can be spread on bread or melba toast at breakfast or it can be used for tarts. It matches perfectly also with aged cheese like provolone or pecorino (sheep’s milk cheese).
HOW TO STORE:
Once opened keep refrigerated.

Fioroni 85%, sugar 12%, lemon juice 3%.
