Our made in Puglia products include: fragrant fruit jams, delicious preserves, tomato purees and tasty baked products like taralli, jam biscuits and friselle.

The Ferrovia Cherry jam is made of cherries cultivated directly at our farm. For all the other products we carefully select the raw food from the best local farmers guaranteeing the top quality of a 100% made in Puglia product.

Just after harvesting the fruit, it is blended and slowly boiled at low temperature. During this process a very small percentage of sugar is added, without any preservative. In this way the fresh fruit taste is preserved.

Our passion for the quality of raw food motivates us to use only local flours and extravirgin olive oil.
